Four RS6 clips: three of the C8, one of the C5. The C8 carries a 4.0 TFSI twin-turbo V8 rated at 592 hp and 800 Nm, with both turbochargers sitting inside the V in a hot-V layout. Its burble is deep and gets louder with the optional RS sport exhaust. The 48-volt mild-hybrid system and cylinder deactivation sit behind that sound. The C5 is the older car: a twin-turbo 4.2 V8 developed with Cosworth Technology, rated at 444 hp and 560 Nm. Its 5-speed Tiptronic is the weak link when tuned.
